State of the Art will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary Year. Come
join us from 6-8pm for some Halloween fun and refreshments. </font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">(Costumes are encouraged but not
required.) At 7pm we wil</font><font
face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">l draw the winning tickets for our
first ever raffle. Raffle tickets are still available and will be sold
until 6:50 that evening. There will be fourteen separate drawings, one
for each artwork in the raffle. <a
