What fascinates me most is the palpable energy of the paint itself and its limitless potential for nuance and texture. I have moved from representational to abstract art, working through flowers, interiors, clouds, and landscapes until the horizon line disappeared. My paintings are now landscapes in the broadest sense – internal and external – with an emphasis on movement and color.
